The 10mm thick faced plywood shell is made with cold molds and natural glues , then it is protected with 2 layers of highly resistant water-based varnish, which preserves a natural open-pore finish.
The inner layers are made of natural Okumé wood, well known for its natural anti-mold and antibacterial properties

Vortex Wood Installation: Standard or ERT
To work, the Vortex Wood glass chiller needs to be connected to a CO2 cylinder with one of two fuel systems: ERT or Standard.
The ERT (acronym for Extended Range Tubes) feeding system is unique in the sector and allows the cylinder to be positioned up to 12 meters away from the glass cooler while maintaining the cooling and sanitizing properties of Vortex Wood unchanged. The ERT system is an exclusive Thrill International solution designed for those who want to place the co2 cylinder in an area separate from the counter or away from the machine.
The standard supply system allows the cylinder to be positioned up to 2.5 meters away from the Vortex Wood and is ideal for those who wish to position the cylinder close to the machine.
