Perlick’s New Tobin Ellis Signature Draft Cocktail Dispensing products allow bar operators to take advantage of the efficiencies and portion control associated with pre-mixing batches of high volume, house specialty cocktails.
Perlick has solved the problem of separation or settling of ingredients that can make dispensing certain types of cocktails problematic with a unique circulation system which utilizes an NSF approved circulating pump and a specially designed Cornelius keg featuring extra ports for hooking up dedicated circulation beverage lines. Perlick’s specially designed cocktail kegs combined with its NSF approved circulating pump maintain product quality by keeping drink ingredients thoroughly blended from the first glass to the last.
Available as a Direct Draw or Long Draw System, OR, build your own system from a comprehensive list of Cocktail Dispensing components. Tower kits are sold separately and 304 stainless steel components are used to protect beverage quality and flavor. The system allows for quick sample pours and increases your drinks-per-hour pouring capacity. It is also compatible with your full service cocktail station, which allows sharing of condiments, ice, and glassware.
